These terms govern your use of Flag Sonar. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account of use the platform.
Service Scope & Acceptable Use
Flag Sonar is an informational tool for self reputation management.
- Prohibited Use: You may only scan yourself. Usage for opposition research, surveillance, stalking, harassment, or targeting others is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and/or legal action.
- Eligibility: You must be 18+ and capable of entering into a binding agreement.
Regulatory Status
- Not a Consumer Report: Flag Sonar is not a consumer reporting agency. The information provided is not a consumer report under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). You agree not to use our reports for employment, credit, insurance, housing, or other FCRA regulated eligibility decisions.
- Informational Only: Our findings are provided for your personal, informational use and do not constitute legal, professional, or reputation management advice.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- As Is: Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- Liability Cap: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flag Sonar LLC total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Illinois.
